🏵️ Doha 🏵️
With the dust of my Guru’s lotus feet,
I cleanse the mirror of my mind🌹
And describe the pure glory of Lord Rama,
Which bestows the four fruits of life.🌹
Knowing myself to be ignorant,
I remember you, O Son of the Wind.🌹
Grant me strength, wisdom, and knowledge,
And remove all my sufferings and impurities.🌹

Victory to Hanuman, ocean of wisdom and virtue,
Victory to the Lord of monkeys, renowned in all three worlds.🌹Messenger of Lord Rama, abode of immeasurable strength,
Son of Anjani, known as the Son of the Wind.🌹Great hero, mighty as a thunderbolt,
Destroyer of evil thoughts, companion of good sense.🌹Golden-colored, beautifully dressed,
Wearing earrings and curly hair.🌹Vajra (thunderbolt) and flag adorn your hands,
Sacred thread shines upon your shoulder.🌹Incarnation of Lord Shiva, son of Kesari,
Your glory and valor are worshipped by the whole world.🌹Learned, virtuous, and extremely intelligent,
Always eager to accomplish Lord Rama’s work.🌹Delighted in listening to the deeds of the Lord,
Rama, Lakshmana, and Sita dwell in your heart.🌹Taking a subtle form, you appeared before Sita,
Taking a formidable form, you burned Lanka.🌹Assuming a gigantic form, you destroyed the demons
Thus completing Lord Rama’s tasks.🌹You brought the Sanjeevani herb and revived Lakshmana
Lord Rama embraced you with joy.🌹Lord Rama praised you greatly
Saying, You are as dear to me as my brother Bharata🌹The thousand-headed serpent sings your glory
Saying thus, Lord Vishnu embraced you.🌹Sanaka, Brahma, Narada, and sages
Along with Saraswati and Shesha, sing your praises.🌹Yama, Kubera, and the guardians of directions
Even poets cannot fully describe your greatness.🌹You rendered great service to Sugriva
Uniting him with Rama and granting him kingship.🌹Vibhishana accepted your counsel
And became the king of Lanka, known to all.🌹You leapt across the sun, thousands of miles away
Mistaking it for a sweet fruit.🌹Holding the Lord’s ring in your mouth
You crossed the ocean with no surprise.🌹All difficult tasks of the world,
Become easy by your grace.🌹You are the guardian at Rama’s door
None can enter without your permission🌹All happiness is attained in your refuge
One who has you as protector has no fear🌹You alone can control your immense power
The three worlds tremble at your roar🌹Ghosts and evil spirits do not come near
When the mighty name of Hanuman is chanted🌹Diseases are destroyed and all pains removed
By constant repetition of Hanuman’s name🌹Hanuman frees one from all troubles
Who meditates on him with mind, body, and speech🌹Lord Rama is the supreme ascetic and king,
You accomplish all His divine tasks🌹Whoever comes to you with any desire
Obtains immeasurable fruits of life🌹Your glory shines through all four ages
And your fame spreads throughout the universe🌹You are the protector of saints and sages
Destroyer of demons and beloved of Lord Rama🌹You are the giver of the eight siddhis and nine treasures
This boon was granted to you by Mother Sita🌹You possess the nectar of devotion to Rama
And forever remain the servant of the Lord🌹Through your devotion one attains Lord Rama
And is freed from the sorrows of countless births🌹At life’s end, one goes to Rama’s abode
And is born again as a devotee of the Lord🌹No need to worship any other deity
Serving Hanuman grants all happiness🌹All troubles are destroyed and pains vanish
For those who remember Hanuman the mighty🌹Victory, victory, victory to Lord Hanuman
Bestow your grace as a divine guru🌹One who recites this a hundred times
Is freed from bondage and attains great bliss.🌹One who reads this Hanuman Chalisa
Attains success, as Lord Shiva is witness.🌹Tulsidas, ever the servant of Hari
Prays: “O Lord, reside forever in my heart🌹
