         From birth to liberation – Child Dhruva

   🎉 Introduction of Dhruva🎉

King Manu’s son Uttanapada had two queens. From Suniti he had Dhruva, and from Suruchi he had a

 son named Uttama. The king loved the younger queen Suruchi more and often stayed in her palace.

 One day King Uttanapada was lovingly holding Uttama on his lap. At that time Dhruva came there and

 tried to sit on his father’s lap. Seeing this, Suruchi angrily shouted at him that if you want to sit on the

 king’s lap, then you must be born from my womb.

🌸 Beginning of Dhruva’s life

🌷King Uttanapada had two queens – the elder queen Suniti, who was calm and religious, and the

 younger queen Suruchi, who was arrogant and harsh by nature.

🌷Dhruva was the son of Suniti, but the king’s special affection was for Suruchi and her son Uttama.

 He often stayed only in Suruchi’s palace!

🌸 Insult by the stepmother

🪔 One day when Dhruva tried to sit on his father’s lap, Suruchi stopped him with harsh words and               said
🪔If you want to sit on the king’s lap then you must be born from my womb

🪔You cannot sit on his lap you have no right over it

🪔 King Uttanapada remained silent and said nothing

     This silence of the father deeply wounded Dhruva’s tender heart.

🌸 Advice of Mother Suniti

🌹With tears in his eyes, Dhruva went to his mother.

🌹Mother Suniti took her son Dhruva on her lap and said

🌹By worshipping the feet of Lord Shri Hari, even Brahma ji attained that supreme position which is

 worshipped by sages

🌹Son, in this world only Lord Vishnu is the supreme father of all, who never does injustice to anyone

🌹If you want to sit on your father’s lap, then sit on the lap of Lord Vishnu

🌹Hearing such words from his mother, Dhruva made a firm resolve. These words lit up like a lamp in

 Dhruva’s heart.

🌸 Child Dhruva goes to the forest

Dhruva decided to go to the forest at the tender age of only five years.

🪷 Guru mantra received from Narada ji

💥 On the way, he met Narada Muni.

💥 Narada ji first tested Dhruva and said

💥 Worship of God is not a child’s play even great yogis and sages fail, go back home

💥 You are still a child, the path of penance is very difficult

💥 Dhruva replied that I am under the influence of my fierce Kshatriya nature. 

💥My stepmother has pierced my heart. Now I want to have the vision of Lord Hari Vishnu ji,

     therefore your words do not stay in my mind. 

💥Now please show such mercy that I may quickly satisfy Shri Hari and attain the supreme position

💥 Then Narada Muni gave him the mantra Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya and instructed him to

      perform penance in Madhuvan on the banks of the Yamuna.

🌸 Severe penance

🎉 In the first month, Dhruva performed penance eating only fruits {berries}

🎉 In the second month, he performed penance eating only dry leaves and grass

🎉 In the third month, he performed penance drinking only water

🎉 In the fourth month, he performed penance by consuming only air

🎉 In the fifth month, he even stopped breathing

🎉 In the sixth month, the illusion of God created obstacles, but before Dhruva’s determination all were

      defeated

🎉 Due to his extremely severe penance, all the three worlds began to tremble. God is always in search

      of such devotees and in the end, the Lord had to appear

🌸 Vision of Lord Vishnu

🪷 Finally, Lord Vishnu appeared before Dhruva

🪷 On seeing the Lord, Dhruva experienced supreme bliss

🪷 Dhruva became overwhelmed with emotion and offered full prostration to Lord Vishnu. Child

 Dhruva wanted to praise Lord Shri Hari but he was unable to speak

🪷 Then the all-knowing Lord Shri Hari touched Dhruva’s cheek with His Vedic conch

🪷 Immediately Dhruva received the power of speech and began praising the Lord

Thus, the Lord assumed the form of Shri Hari to grant a boon to Dhruva

🌸 Blessing of Lord Vishnu and Dhruvaloka

🌹 Lord Vishnu granted Dhruva the boon

     You shall become the ruler of the eternal realm. Your place in the sky will remain fixed and will 

     never be destroyed

🌹 Thus, Dhruva attained Dhruvaloka

🌸 Kingdom and righteousness

🏵️ Dhruva returned to the earth, became king and ruled justly for many years

🌸 Liberation and message

🪻 At the end of his life, remembering Lord Vishnu, Dhruva gave up his body and attained Dhruvaloka

🌺 Summary

🌟 Devotion born from insult can also be pure. With true dedication, God is quickly pleased

    Age does not decide greatness, faith does. With patience and belief, even the impossible becomes

    possible
